Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re committed to ensuring your Christmas decorations meet your expectations.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Christmas Candles (for safety and hygiene reasons)
- Artificial Christmas Trees that have been assembled or decorated
- Christmas Lights with cut wires or signs of use
- Opened Christmas Tree Watering Systems
- Any items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts
Simple Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Contact Our Elves
Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Please include:
- All original packaging and materials
- All tags and labels attached
- The original receipt or order confirmation
- A completed copy of the return form below
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Send your return package to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate the item you wish to exchange for
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
